RENTALS

Cancellation policy 

Our standard cancellation policy is that you must get in touch via email (freedom@theboldone.co.nz) within 48hours of placing your order to be eligible for a full refund. *If you had booked close to your rental date and the item had already been posted, then you could be eligible for partial refund, on condition the dress is still in its original folded state and returned promptly in the prepaid packaging.

Your item is sent on overnight courier at the beginning of the week before your rental date. If by chance your item is not delivered to you by Friday 5pm due to courier delays, you could be eligible for a full refund.

Procedure for bookings affected by Covid19  

Often things can happen such as events being cancelled or postponed due to Covid19. If you are getting in touch after the 24 hour time frame about a refund, you could be eligible for a full
The Bold One website credit on your rental purchase to use for another booking. To be eligible for this credit, you must notify freedom@theboldone.co.nz by 8pm on the Monday before your booked rental date so that your rental is not prepared and posted to you. This credit will be provided in the form of a checkout discount code and can be used up to 1 year from your original booking date. 

PATTERNS 

Being a product that is emailed to you automatically once you place your order, as with most pdf patterns, this product is non refundable. However, please do email freedom@theboldone.co.nz if you have any issues with your order. 

MADE TO ORDER / READY MADE

Our standard cancellation policy is that you must get in touch via email (freedom@theboldone.co.nz) within 48hours of placing your order to be eligible for a full refund. If you get in touch after this time frame, you could still be eligible for a partial refund. Your customised order may have already begun being crafted or altered to you after 48 hours. 

Upon receiving your item, refunds are only given on faulty products or products that do not match their description, and can not be fixed by The Bold One free of charge. You must get in touch with freedom@theboldone.co.nz within 24 hours upon receiving your product.
